ELEMENTS | A Signature Soma Sound Bath Experience 🌿

Join me at the beautiful Deighton Lodge for a deeply restorative sound bath inspired by the elements and the natural world around us.

Beginning on  Sunday 4th October , this immersive experience will take you through a carefully created soundscape of crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, delicate chimes and soothing vocals, interwoven with the familiar sounds of nature.

The gentle rhythm of rainfall.
Running water and babbling brooks.
Waves meeting the shore.
Wind moving through the trees.
The quiet sounds of the forest.

Each layer will be thoughtfully introduced alongside Carly’s signature instruments and voice, creating a rich, immersive experience designed to help you slow down, settle and reconnect.

There is nothing you need to achieve and nowhere else you need to be.

Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to be carried by sound as we move through the elements — grounding into the earth beneath us, flowing with water, softening into air and finding warmth and energy.

A space for deep rest, nervous system regulation and reconnection, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter and gently restored.

No previous experience of sound baths is needed. Mats, blankets and everything you need to get cosy will be provided — although you’re always welcome to bring anything extra that helps you feel comfortable.
