SOUND & MASSAGE | The Deep Rest Experience

90 minutes of sound, massage and uninterrupted rest.

Created by Carly of Soma Sound & Wellbeing and Adele Williamson, Adele Williamson Beauty & Head Spa, The Deep Rest Experience brings together two deeply relaxing therapies in one immersive session.

Settle into your spot, get warm and comfortable and allow yourself to switch off as Carly guides you through a restorative Soma Sound Bath, using crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, delicate chimes, voice and vibration to create an enveloping soundscape designed to calm the mind and encourage deep rest.

Throughout the sound bath, Adele will move gently around the room, offering each guest an individual tension-releasing head, neck & shoulder massage. Thoughtfully woven into the sound experience, the massage is designed to ease tension and encourage the body to soften into an even deeper state of relaxation.

There is nothing you need to achieve and no previous experience of sound therapy is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow us to take care of the rest.
