Join me for an hour of deep rest at a brand new Soma venue in York. 🤎
Get cosy, lie back and allow yourself to switch off as you’re immersed in crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, Koshi chimes, gentle vocals and nature-inspired sound.
There’s no movement, no breathwork and nothing to get right — just an hour to rest, reset and receive.
